2007 proved to be a stellar year for FEARONE. With the completion of their industry eye catching Solstice, the feeling of sitting back and enjoying the accolades from award winning car shows and other honors that came pouring in, was certainly a welcome respite. But no sooner had they teetered back in their tightly sprung office chairs, FEARONE received a call from Rich King Casting (RKC), for the specific purpose of possibly showcasing the Solstice in the new FAST & FURIOUS 4 film. RKC was totally blown away by the incredible styling and show presence of the Solstice, while on display at the 2007 SEMA show in Vegas. After RKC perused through no less than 1800 other potential hot rides for the film, it was the FEARONE Solstice that RKC included with only 100 other vehicles that they felt had the look and styling making them worthy of the film. After getting a call from RKC, FEARONE hit the road for 9 hours to get their Solstice from their location in Northern Arizona to to the Burbank studio in California for a final casting call. The director and producer of the film then handpicked the FEARONE Solstice, along with just 5 other vehicles, to be featured in one of the most emotionally charged sequences of the film; the funeral scene where Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) gets laid to rest.

Shortly after their selection, FEARONE was then asked by RKC if they could include the Solstice in movie outtakes, whereupon FEARONE would also be interviewed about their experience, to be featured in a DVD showcasing the funeral scene.

For FEARONE, it was the end of yet another exhausting, but fantastic experience that showcased the outstanding efforts of their staff and the tireless, and indispensable talents of their craftsmen and manufacturers.
